Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Hardman LLC, doing business as Regenerative Organizations (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit regenerativeorganizations.com, contact us, or buy or download our products.
In short: we collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver what you buy and send updates you asked for. We never sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- When you contact us. Our contact form opens your own email program. We receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, organization and message.
- When you buy or download a product. Purchases and free downloads are handled by our store provider, Payhip. We receive your name, email address, what you bought and when. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you work with us. If you take part in coaching, consulting, a course or a team diagnostic, we receive the information you share in that work, including any assessment responses you choose to submit.
- When you share a story. If you use our “Share your story” form (or its Spanish version, “Comparte tu historia”), we receive what you submit: your name, email address, role, organization if given, country, your story, any document you attach and your publishing preferences. Submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify. We publish a story only with your permission, credited as you choose, and we remove it on request.
- When you visit the website. Our website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) may automatically receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and provide the services you request.
- To deliver products you buy or download, and to provide support.
- To send occasional emails about our resources, courses and services, if you signed up or downloaded a free resource. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records required by law.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Payhip (online store and product delivery)
- Stripe and PayPal (payment processing)
- Google Workspace (email and documents)
- Netlify (website hosting and form submissions)
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above: correspondence and client records for as long as we work together and a reasonable time afterwards, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or by writing to us.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers with strong security practices and protect our own accounts with two-step verification. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.
Children
Our website, products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
