Terms of Service

Effective October 20, 2026

These terms apply when you use regenerativeorganizations.com or buy, download or use products and services from Hardman LLC, doing business as Regenerative Organizations (“we,” “us”). By doing so, you agree to these terms.

Products and services

• Digital products include field guides, workbooks, assessments, team kits and other downloadable resources.
• Courses include live online programs such as Leading for Regeneration.
• Coaching and consulting are provided under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Purchases are processed through our store provider, Payhip, with payment by Stripe or PayPal. You will receive your download link or confirmation by email right after purchase. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Refunds

• Digital products: if a file is faulty, you were charged twice, or the product is not what its description promised, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you in full.
• Courses: full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the course starts. After that, you may transfer your place to a future session at no cost.
• Coaching and consulting: as set out in your written agreement.

Your license to use our materials

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal license to use it for yourself and, where the product says so, within your own organization. You may print copies for that use. You may not:

• resell, share publicly or redistribute the files;
• post them on websites, shared drives or learning platforms open to people outside your organization;
• use our assessments or materials to deliver paid services to clients without a Practitioner License.

Team kits and Practitioner Licenses carry the additional terms stated with those products.

Intellectual property

The Regenerative Leadership Framework, the Regenerative Capacity Index, the Regenerative Leadership Process Profile, the Regenerative Capacity Snapshot and all related materials, text, designs and diagrams are owned by Hardman LLC and John Hardman and are protected by copyright. Please cite the framework as Hardman (2012–2026) when referring to it in your own work.

Educational purpose

Our products and services are educational and developmental. They are not legal, financial, medical or psychological advice. Our assessments are reflective tools to support learning and conversation; they are not validated psychometric instruments and should not be used for hiring, promotion or other employment decisions. Results depend on how you apply what you learn, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Website

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where Hardman LLC is registered.
